School Honors

  • Lassiter earns AP Merit School status: We received this honor as a result of having 20% or more of the student body take AP exams, and at least 50% score 3 or higher. Keep up the good work, AP students!
  • Lassiter High School has been named a 2010 Georgia School of Excellence by the Georgia Department of Education. Out of approximately 1800 public schools, Lassiter is one of only two high schools in the state of Georgia to receive this recognition. This award was based on Lassiter's 2010 Georgia High School Graduation Test scores which were in the top ten percent of schools in Georgia, as measured by assessments in reading and mathematics. Our students continue to make us proud!
